However, behind the scenes, working in the sports business sector demands resilience, creativity, and strategic thinking. From strategic planning and sponsorship negotiations to social media campaigns and fan engagement activations,- that’s just scratching the surface really- the industry is as dynamic as it is competitive. 

And that’s exactly what keeps me hooked. There’s this drive linked with working in such a competitive industry, always wanting to perform at the best of your ability, wanting to learn more on a daily basis, and finally implementing what you’ve learnt. One thing is for certain when working in sports, and that’s NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME ! But that’s what makes it exciting …… there’s constant evolution! You learn to adapt, communicate better, think on your feet, and collaborate with people from all walks of life.

In the end, working in sports isn’t just a job, it’s a mindset. You’ve got to stay sharp, stay passionate, and keep moving. Because in this game, standing still isn’t an option.
